The proprietor of the firm K. K Anand is a qualified polymer engineer from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He is a joint patent holder for Cotton Ginning Self-grooving Rubber Roller with Central Institue for Research on Cotton technology under ICAR.
K. K Anand has also successfully associated with the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre by devising and manufacturing the Ablative Thermic Shield used in the Space-capsule Recovery Experiment – SRE they conducted in 2005. VSSC in turn reciprocated by honoring him with an appreciation letter.
His ever-learning and research-prone mind has developed another product called “Cotton Reinforced Rubber Baton” used by law-enforcing forces. Apart from police forces in other Indian states, the Kerala police are also using this baton. The product has been widely recognized as an avant-garde, state-of-the-art innovation.
He is a faculty member at Rubber Training Institute under the Rubber Research Institute of India.
